We had an incredible experience house hunting with Terrie Willicombe as our realtor. Being somewhat new to the home purchasing process, it was comforting to have somebody who could educate us on all the details we needed to make the right choice. Terri was readily available when we requested to tour a house and worked with us on our time making the process as smooth as possible. She was very patient until we found the perfect place! When the time came to close on our house, Terrie went the extra mile by helping me decorate the living room for a surprise proposal to my now fiancee! She made sure all the pieces were in place to make it a truly unforgettable moment! I highly recommend working with her.

I bought a home and sold my home in a matter of 8 weeks (utilizing the Willicombe team for both concurrent transactions) and it could not have gone any smoother. I worked a lot with Terrie while wearing the 'buyer hat' and with her husband Steve more so while wearing the 'seller's hat' but they could have easily switched places! They are both more than competent, knowledgeable, and are an amazing resource for a multitude of items. I needed to do some work before I moved - and they knew the right people and gave me advice as to what should be done and what would not have affected the salability of my home. As a buyer, they helped me tackle what was necessary in the offer process and again; were proactive on my behalf. Steve & Terrie make what could be (and usually is) a stressful experience enjoyable, exciting, and rewarding. Even when things I could not control felt like they were going awry, Steve and Terrie stepped in to help and make some calls and offer guidance. In less than 24 hours of listing my home; we had 5 showings scheduled and a full price offer. It was their ability to help me navigate what was needed to get the home ready to sale, assist me in staging it (with Terrie's eye for decoration and bins full of helpful pieces), and price it appropriately that made for a competitive and strong final offer. I met the Willicombes years ago and promised that when it was time to buy my forever home I would call them. I did just that. My confidence in Steve and Terrie is in their care of everyone involved in a real estate transaction, their thorough understanding of the entire list/buy/sell/ process, their attention to details, and speedy responses. I know many others I could use but as long as they do not retire, I will only be utilizing the Willicombes.
Terrie and Steve helped us buy our home 4 years ago. We were so impressed that we asked them to help us sell a rental home in Waukesha and then buy another rental home in Oconomowoc. As realtors, they are extremely knowledgeable, are creative and super responsive. They go out of their way to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible, Steve even caulked some trim to make it look nice! Personally, they are a wonderful couple and we now think of them as friends.
Terrie was amazing. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and Terrie made sure that she was there for us every step of the way. She's pleasant, funny and incredibly helpful. Whether it was finding us places to look at, suggesting inspectors or just answering the random little questions we had, Terrie was right there. I don't generally recommend people to my friends because they might not get the same experience I did, but I will recommend her to anyone I know is looking for a home. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we got the home we deserved. Without her we'd have been so lost, but now we have an amazing home for ourselves and our furballs. Thank you, Terrie!

Steve and Terrie Willicombe could not have done a better job. They were wonderful to work with. They know the business inside and out. Any questions we had either about staging or the legalities of seller our were answered. We had our Open House on June 16, that night, Steve called and said we had a serious offer. We met with Steve the next day and accepted that offer. What could be better than that? They are not just very professional, but two great people to work with.
